WAHA

She is a chibi version of Yamato Suzuran, a character from the H-game Suigetsu. The chibi version has completely grown out of its H-game origins and has come to be known as simply Waha, which was Suzuran's little catchphrase from the game, sort of like how Suiseiseki's is desu. Waha was a meme on 4chan about six or seven years ago.
